Perception of Reality

Images inspired by the work of Edward Weston, Robert Mapplethorpe, Isobel Cunningham and Kenro Izu that ask the question “What is reality?” “The simulacrum is never that which conceals the truth—it is the truth which conceals that there is none. The simulacrum is true” (Baudrillard) These images mage with a 5x4 film camera and ‘scanned’ with a digital camera to produce high quality art prints
